LA's 211 hotline overwhelmed by volume: Report
Los Angeles' 211 hotline is meant for community members to connect with officials on things like healthcare, immigration and housing. But a new report from LAist says the call center is overwhelmed with the volume of calls, which left many homeless people stranded during the recent storms.
