Owners frustrated with 'brazen' robberies

Store owners are frustrated with a recent spate of brazen smash-and-grab robberies across Los Angeles County, saying punishments for these crimes aren't enough. Law enforcement says they're doing everything they can to arrest and punish these criminals.
