83-year-old arrested for parking lot shooting
Richard Strickland, 83, has been arrested after allegedly shooting and killing a man in the parking lot of a Amazon Fresh grocery store in Westchester. Witnesses said the Strickland came down from his apartment to break up a fight between a man and a woman, and when the fight escalated, Strickland shot the man.
