Granddaughter of NPB hero throws first pitch
Her grandfather Katsuya Nomura was a legendary manager who led the Yakult Swallows to three Japan Series titles. He also won five Pacific League MVPs as a player. Over the weekend, Saya Nomura, was honored before an LA Angels game as she was chosen to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
