Suspect accused of killing bishop said clergyman owed him money: LASD
Carlos Medina was arrested Monday for allegedly murdering Bishop David O'Connell over the weekend. According to Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna, witnesses said Medina claimed O'Connell owed him money.
