Ad shows several flaws in Tesla's self-driving system

A Super Bowl ad, created by the Dawn Project, shows the Tesla's self-driving system striking pedestrians, hitting strollers and objects in front of it. Founder of the Dawn Project, Dan O'Dowd, says the self-driving system has many flaws and isn't ready for the road.
