Brandon Tsay honored at first Monterey Park Council meeting since shooting

Brandon Tsay, the man who disarmed a gunman at the Lai Lai Ballroom in Alhambra after the gunman killed 11 in Monterey Park, was honored at Monterey Park's first City Council meeting since the mass shooting. While Tsay called his actions that night heroic, he said the real heroes were the first responders.
