Arrows randomly appearing in Hunting Beach neighborhood

Huntington Beach police are on the hunt for someone walking around with a crossbow. Residents in one neighborhood have found more than six arrows so far in trees, sidewalks, backyards, and even on the roofs of a couple homes.
