Testimony is set to resume Tuesday in the trial of Harvey Weinstein -- one day after a prosecutor told jurors during opening statements that the former film producer sexually assaulted eight women between 1991 and 2015, including four he is charged with attacking in Los Angeles County, while Weinstein's defense attorney maintained his client is innocent.
