'Rust' settlement reached, filming to resume

The family of Halyna Hutchins, the cinematographer killed when a gun went off on the set of the movie “Rust” last year, has reached a settlement with actor Alec Baldwin in the wrongful lawsuit death filed against him and others earlier this year.
