California church shooting: Officials say shooter targeted Taiwanese community

Sixty-eight-year-old David Chou, a resident of Las Vegas has been arrested and charged with murder and attempted murder for the shooting at Geneva Presbyterian Church in Laguna Woods Sunday. Authorities say he specifically targeted the Taiwanese community.
