Man convicted for 2019 Newport Beach double murder
Jamon Rayon Buggs was convicted on Tuesday of two counts of first-degree murder for shooting and killing a man he saw as a romantic rival and a woman he believed was his ex-girlfriend, the Orange County District Attorney's Office announced.
