"Lakers in the Paint" amplifies the work of local artists
Our own Los Angeles Lakers have launched a multi-year initiative to support LA-based artists of color by exhibiting and acquiring their work, while leveraging the Lakers global platform to expose a wide audience to their talent. In The Paint (ITP) is an organizational initiative stemming from the Lakers 6-point Racial Equity Action Plan, developed by the company?s Director of Racial Equity & Action, Dr. Karida Brown. Brown joined Michaela on Good Day LA.
