Gov. Newsom addresses hospital staff shortages during omicron
Governor Gavin Newsom addressed the stress that the COVID-19 omicron variant is having on hospital staff. According to the governor, nearly 2,400 contracted staff have come to California in recent weeks, and more than 1,200 are on the way.
