Firefighters were quick to step in when they saw someone they suspected of looting one of the homes they worked hard to save from the Eaton Fire. "We tried to save the homes of all these people, you're not stealing from them," one firefighter said. Deputies learned the suspect had stolen an Emmy Award and a 2016 Sharp Award with the victim?s name. The suspect was detained and arrested by deputies for burglary and the stolen awards were recovered.
