The cast of 'Tully' dishes about movie ahead of Mother's Day

Tully first debuted at The Sundance Film Festival this year, and now it's ready to roll out into theaters this weekend. The film stars: Charlize Theron, Mackenzie Davis, Ron Livingston, and Mark Duplass.

This comedy drama follows a mother of 3's newfound friendship with her nanny, and also shines a spotlight of trying to balance it all.

I sat down with the cast recently and talked Tully and more! Charlize shared the joys (and even a pet peeve) on parenthood!

I asked Mark and Ron if they respect their own wives and mothers even more after making this film. Both share that they already have the highest and deepest appreciation for all things that their wives do for them and their children.

Mark plays Charlize's brother in the film, and gifts her a a night nanny named Tully (Davis) after giving birth to her third child. Tully is a free-spirited young woman who not only takes care of the baby, but the home as a whole.

The film comes from Diablo Cody of Juno fame, and offers a raw, real, and refreshing outlook to motherhood. Some online reviews have called it "a modern day Mary Poppins"

The Focus Features film hits theaters this Friday, May 4th.
