Man, two girls killed in possible domestic-related shooting in Watts

A man and two girls were killed Wednesday in a possible domestic violence incident in Watts, authorities said.

Officers were sent to the 9200 block of Success Avenue at about 8:15 a.m., said Officer Norma Eisenman of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Father, two children killed in possible murder suicide

A tragedy in Watts. A man and two young girls were shot to death. The girls-- four and six -old were sisters. The man--their father, in what police say may be a case of murder suicide.

Two people died at the scene and a man died at a hospital, Eisenman said.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, paramedics were sent to the location on a report of a shooting, and two girls ages 4 and 6 were pronounced dead at the scene. Their relationship to the man who died at the hospital was not immediately known.

No further information about the victims' identities was immediately available.
