Armed suspects on the loose after carjacking UPS delivery truck in Hesperia just before Christmas

Two armed suspects confronted a pair of UPS employees in Hesperia Monday night and stole their delivery truck just two days before Christmas, investigators said.

The carjacking took place around 9 p.m. in the area of Mojave Street and Fifth Avenue.

The employees notified police, who conducted an extensive search of the area. However, neither the truck nor the suspects were located.

Neither of the employees were injured during the carjacking.

The suspects were described as two males who had their faces covered during the incident.
