4.3 Magnitude earthquake shakes northwest of Barstow

At 10:30am Sunday morning, a 4.3 magnitude earthquake shakes 23 miles east/southeast of Johannesburg, California. Johannesburg is located northwest of Barstow in the high desert.

Preliminary reports indicated that the earthquake was a 4.2 magnitude earthquake.

There have been no reports of damage at this time.
