Spencer Pratt announces run for LA Mayor

While speaking at the "They let Us Burn" rally on the 1-year anniversary of the Palisades and Eaton fires, TV personality Spencer Pratt, who lost his home in the Pacific Palisades, announced he was running for LA mayor.
