Barger warns against new LA County executive seat

LA County Board of Supervisor Kathryn Barger warns against the new executive position, which includes a salary of more than $500,000 and oversees the county board. Barger argues the job comes with too much power and "a clear conflict" to incumbent county leaders. She pledged to not go after the opening.
