Khimberly Zavaleta died from natural causes: Officials

The LA County Medical Examiner ruled that 12-year-old Khimberly Zavaleta died of natural causes from a spontaneously ruptured cerebellar arteriovenous malformation (AVM), a pre-existing birth condition. The ruling goes against calls for justice for Khimberly, who was hit in the head with an aluminum water bottle by an alleged school bully.
