Coastal flooding hits parts of Newport Beach

Forecasters expect minor to moderate flooding of low-lying coastal areas, including beach parking lots, bike paths and harbor walkways, as well as moderate to significant beach erosion. Isolated damage to structures is possible in the most vulnerable areas.
