Garden Grove evacuations expanded amid threat of chemical explosion

Roughly 40,000 people remain under evacuation orders in Garden Grove and surrounding areas Saturday, as authorities monitor a compromised chemical storage tank that authorities said is either going to crack open and leak thousands of gallons of toxic materials or explode.
