Henry Ruggs III denied parole after deadly DUI crash

Ruggs is currently serving a three-to-10-year prison sentence after pleading guilty to felony DUI causing death and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter for a high-speed 2021 crash that killed 23-year-old Tina Tintor and her dog.
