OC father of 5 paralyzed after saving child from rip current

When San Clemente father of five Josh Collette spotted two children struggling in a rip current at Riviera Beach, his instinct was to act immediately. He dove headfirst into the surf to help, but hit a sandbar created by the swell, severely damaging his spinal cord.
