Domestic incident escalates to shooting

Tustin police said officers were responding to a reported domestic incident that was later upgraded to a possible homicide. Police found an unresponsive woman inside a Walnut Avenue home and a man who allegedly charged at the cops with a knife, prompting an officer-involved shooting.
