Woman threatens to call ICE on taco vendors

A Santa Clarita woman was recorded calling a taco vendor a "stinky old woman" in Spanish and threatening to call ICE. Francesca Ortega says the nationwide backlash that followed has ruined the business she spent 10 years building.
