San Diego's plan to clear the air at stinky La Jolla Cove

San Diego is trying to clear the air at La Jolla Cove. The city is currently seeking coastal permits to resume spraying an eco-friendly, bioactive enzyme cleaner on the area's sandstone bluffs, which have developed a persistent stench from layers of accumulated sea lion waste and bird guano.
