Judge weighs contested evidence in Tupac murder trial

Davis is accused of ordering the murder of the west coast rapper, after his late nephew Orlando Anderson was involved in a fight with Shakur and others inside the lobby of MGM Grand. He remains in custody on a murder charge connected to the shooting.
