Nick Reiner, won't face death penalty, DA says

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman confirmed on Tuesday his office will not seek the death penalty against Nick Reiner, who is charged with first-degree murder in the deaths of his mother and father, Michele and Rob Reiner.
