Boyle Heights fire now declared 'knocked down'

Firefighters have officially "knocked down" the fire at the embattled Linear cold-storage facility in Boyle Heights. Now the focus remains towards the health of local residents, in addition to clearing the debris and odor from the rotting foods in the now-burned down building.
