Sec. Rubio to lead Israel-Lebanon talks

The talks, authorized last week by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, are expected to focus on negotiating a ceasefire to end hostilities and the disarmament of Iran-backed Hezbollah militants.
