Family of Anthony Avalos reacts to death penalty being dropped against couple accused of tortuing young boy

George Gascón's office has dropped its bid for the death penalty against a Lancaster woman and her boyfriend, who are charged with the murder and torture of their 10-year-old son Anthony Avalos.
