Residents prepare to evacuate in foothill communities below Bobcat Fire

Officials have issued an evacuation warning for those who reside in the foothills located below the Bobcat Fire in Monrovia, Altadena, Sierra Madre, Azusa, Bradbury, Arcadia, and Duarte Mesa.
