Distance learning can be a struggle for children with special needs and disabilities

Many children with learning disabilities are really struggling with distance learning. Parents want a small, structured classroom setting for their kids with special needs, which isn't common in southern California. But further north in the state, it is happening. We talk to a couple of the school educators in Marin County.
