Family outraged after DA?s office drops charges against suspected DUI driver

It?s been almost three years since a local Uber driver and his two passengers were killed by a suspected DUI driver in West LA in a horrific crash. But even more shocking- his family just found out this week that all charges against the driver were dropped by the DA's office.
