Jose Huizar arrested on corruption charges

LA City Councilman Jose Huizar is arrested by the FBI. Accused of being the mastermind of a massive pay to play scheme. Huizar is accused of using his power as District 14 councilman to solicit bribes in exchange for favors with development projects.
