Fireworks at Venice neighborhood council meeting on homeless shelter

Fireworks at tonight's Venice neighborhood council meeting.. Where the council was set to vote on a proposal that could pave the way for a large homeless shelter., but the council decided to postpone that vote and people in the crowd started turning on them... And each other!
