Santa Barbara County Prepares for Coming storm

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Office, in consultation with other public safety officials, has issued a Recommended Evacuation Warning for the Thomas, Sherpa and Whittier ?burn areas? in Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria.
