Cold winter storm brings scattered showers, snow to areas of SoCal

A cold storm out of the Gulf of Alaska generated snow in the San Gabriel Mountains Tuesday while rain is expected in urban areas, forecasters said. FOX 11's Mario Ramirez reports.
