Ghost Guns

Los Angeles says California?s strict gun laws have led to a trend of people building their own homemade, unregistered firearms arms, known as ghost guns. They?re perfectly legal in the hands of responsible gun owners, but now people who aren?t allowed to own firearms are building their own untraceable guns, sometimes with deadly consequences.
