High surf advisory for LA County and OC through Thursday morning

We'll have low clouds and dense fog near the beach Monday morning on an otherwise partly cloudy day. A high surf advisory will be in force along the LA County and Orange County coasts from 10 Monday morning until 6 Thursday morning.
