OC to enforce curfew aimed at homeless along Santa Ana River Trail

Orange County will begin enforcing public access hours along a stretch of the Santa Ana River Trail. The move is expected to displace a large number of the homeless living along the river. FOX 11's Mario Ramirez reports.
