Protest to fire DWP ratepayer advocate held in DTLA

DWP ratepayers and consumer advocates were protesting Monday in front of Los Angeles City Hall calling for city council to vote against a big state water project and to fire DWP's "ratepayer advocate." FOX 11's Hal Eisner reports.
