Judge decides on Aliso Canyon gas leak settlement

A judge will decide Tuesday whether to give final approval to a settlement agreement between Los Angeles County prosecutors and Southern California Gas Co. to resolve criminal charges stemming from the massive gas leak at the Aliso Canyon storage facility.
