Jonathan Rinderknecht appears in court

Jonathan Rinderknecht, 29, is accused of starting a fire that ultimately turned into the Palisades Fire, which killed 12 people, burned more than 20,000 acres, and destroyed more than 6,000 structures in the Palisade Highlands neighborhood in California.
