Extradition warrant issued for Lancaster man

Jossimar Cabrera is accused of murdering his wife Sheylla Cabrera in Lancaster, then fleeing to Peru with the couple's children. Officials issued an extradition arrest warrant for Jossimar Cabrera on Friday.
