Alleged Aniston stalker ruled mentally incompetent

Jennifer Aniston's alleged stalker Jimmy Wayne Carwyle has been ruled mentally incompetent to stand trial by a second psychologist. He has pleaded not guilty to ramming his car into a gate at Aniston's home.
