Schiff: Ukraine mineral deal 'a shakedown'

Sen. Adam Schiff says the potential U.S. deal with Ukraine over rare earth minerals "smacks me of a shakedown," saying that the deal would be extortion as Ukraine enters peace talks with Russia.
